About Cafe Monette

Cafe Monette is a French-inspired restaurant where every dish is made from scratch — from seasonal entrées to fresh-baked breads and pastries. Our focus is simple: thoughtful cooking, quality ingredients, and a comfortable place to enjoy them.

The kitchen is led by Adam Monette, joined by Tyler Comeau and Henry Long — two of Adam’s former culinary students who now work beside him as fellow chefs. Together, they bring skill, creativity, and a shared approach to food that values both tradition and fresh ideas.

Our menu changes throughout the seasons, sourcing ingredients from farms and producers across Vermont. Whether you stop in for a weekday lunch or mark a special occasion, we aim to serve food that’s flavorful, and worth remembering.
